The state enterprise «The national training center of good manufacturing \ distributical practice» was founded in 2001 according to the «Tacis» program «Restructurization of pharmaceutical industry of Ukraine» The Centre is a state unitary business enterprise, which is based on national property and acts in the field of state control of medicines quality and submitted in its functional activity to Government service of medicines and wares of the medical setting The Centre realizes state graduate education and testing specialists of pharmaceutical sphere in order of state laws to Ukraine. The Centre was created in the context of Ukrainian integration in European Union and called to conduct the activity both on national and on an international level. The activity of Centre is directed for providing quality, efficiency and safety of medicines and wares of the medical settings by conducting widly educational and scientific activity in order state and international standards for protecting Ukrainian market from the bad quality of pharmaceutical products.
The main aims of the Centre are:
conducting of teaching specialists of enterprises, establishments, organizations, including state employers to the management rules of medicines and wares of the medical devices according to Ukrainian, European and world standards.
scientifically-expert providing of teaching procedure of specialists, involved in production, export, import, realization, appeal, storage, application, utilization and elimination of drugs and medical devices.
to collaborate the propositions about the development and perfection of legislation in questions of management of medicines and wares of the medical settings with the aim of its harmonization with European and world standards.
conducting of expert evaluation, specialized estimation of normatively-technical documents projects, standards and recommendations in accordance with real standards and rules in the field of pharmaceutical production.
